Becoming a leader is the most crucial choice one can make.
LEADER. His role is to fulfill the needs of others and, when each need is mer, to lead the group on to fulfill higher needs, lifting the group’s potential at every step. The inspired leader’s power base comes not from other people but from his very being, and the path he walks is guided by his own soul. Its hallmarks are creativity, intelligence, organizing power and love.
The person in the group selected to lead may stand out as the most popular, confident, or ruthless. It all should be based on personal charisma and uses spin to evoke an aura of destiny.
GREAT LEADERS are those who can respond to their own needs and the needs of others from the higher levels of spirit with vision and sense of unity with the people they lead.
Leadership is an evolving journey - that’s why this acronym L-E-A-D-E-R-S.
L = look n listen (with ur heart and truest feelings)
E = emotional bonding
A = awareness
D = doing (be action-oriented with flexibility and humor)
E = empowerment (responsive to feedback)

Reminder:
As you unfold your potential for greatness, you unfold the same potential in others.
When crisis arises, leaving us crying out for great leaders, there is a constant threat that such a figure will not appear, leaving the infamous “leadership vacuum” that has become such a chronic problem in our modern society.
Leaders exist to embody the values that followers hunger for, while followers fuel the leader’s vision from inside themselves.
To be my truest self. Be directed by my soul.

L
Great leaders have a vision, and the ability to manifest it. The greatest ideas are nothing than daydreams until they are pushed to become reality. When you inspire others, you bring everyone into the spirit of your vision – brief the same atmosphere.(My mission behind everything I do is …)
A vision is general; situations are specific.
Four steps involved during “look n listen”: Impartial observation, Analysis, Feeling, Incubation.
The best qualities you can have when starting your career are passion, core values, and dedication to a purpose. The core values should be your primary focus. The deepest level of look and listen is about your body, mind, heart, and soul (see as much as you can, and listen to whoever has something to say).
We should be inspired by Maslow’s hierarchy of values. A leader must encourage the basic needs before moving forward.
Everything should be based on our needs.
E
Emotions are the invisible allies of successful visionaries. Leaders should be aware that leading by fear because of the authority is not the right strategy. Leader should cooperate with positive emotions. Just comsider who is the inspirational leader for you.
Emotional bonding is about working from a high level of emotional intelligence, which has become an aspect of practical psychology. You are not required to be perfect, only to be clear about your own underlying feelings. We all have negative emotions, but a leader deals with them effectively, for the good of the group. Give yourself a credit when you’ve handled a tough situation withnout blowing up. Share your feeling with people you trust.
Shared enthusiasm: People aren’t moved to help a leader if they don’t think they are also helping themselves. Turn “this is great for me” into “this is great for us”. You can’t be part of everyone’s family, but you can make others feel tied to you as a kindred spirits. People feel good if they feel that they are going good work and the job is worth it, if they develop a positive self-image while growing up, and if they are living up to their core values.
It’s important to recognize how’s everyone doing…
- Notice wherre are the talents and strenghts (point them out)
- Compliment other on getting at something
- Own you own feelings
A
Awareness is the birthplace of possibility. It tells which one of the many paths to take for success. It’s a synonym for consciousness. We all shoul know these seven attributes of it… Centredness, self-motivation, coherence, intuition/insight, creativity, inspiration, transcendence.
As a leader, you try to raise group consciousness from its present level to the next highest one. If you feel self-conscious about leading a group, you simply inspire others when you are aware.
Awareness can transform. And the A program is as follows… Stop struggling. Keep listening your inner voice. Mediate in order to reach the core of your awareness. Test your boundaries. Remain centered. Focus on your beliefs. Gather every information. Have clear intentions. Value inner peace.
D
A leader is action-oriented. Only through action is possible to bring vision to life (for sure it need skills – begins by walking the walk, energizing others and recruit them to mission). Every situation is unique so the flexibility is essential – visionaries are able to fulfill any role. Nondoing is not the same as doing nothing. It’s the most powerful way to lead, becauseyou trust that your soul wants to bring the best possible outcome. Act as a role model.
For each situation different role (+ shadows):
- Protector = crisis manager; confidence, strength, flexibility, secure (a tyrant)
- Achiever = motivator; success, challenge, confidence (a winner)
- Team builder = negotiator; convince, goals, feedback, solidarity, impartiality (a conformist)
- Nurturer = counselor; sympathy, friendship, insight (a judge)
- Innovator = catalyst; creativity, discovery, curiosity (a solipsism)
- Transformer = inspirer; inner voice, core values, moral vision (a society’s stubborn)
- Sage and seer = pure light; awareness, soul, being, capacity (don’t have a shadow)
E
Empowerment is the fruit of successful action. Doing + having power. it’s about empowering others.
Leader have to be realistic about how power works before you can successfully empower yourself and then discover how to empower others. Don’t mess it up with an ego.
It’s based on trust to be secure in the knowledge, being open and keeping no secrets. Your team need to feel safe. A leader offers an everlasting support and peace, you must keep full pf promise – promise provides power.
Leader Doer is very people oriented and active, he is making connections to achieve the goal. Leader Thinker has his mind sustain and because of that he is more isolated. Leader of Being is focused on keeping to the right path, he’s immune.
R
Leading from the soul means taking responsibility for more than the group’s needs. Evolution should be our top priority. Ask ourselves question “Will I envolve by doing this?” and if the answer is yes, accept the responsibility.
The more I evolve, the more I deserve. Posponement is never a solution – it simply freezes the problem in place. Problems are just an indicators where I need to grow.
Social networking become a necessity in the modern world, and the networks you join should reflect your level of awareness. Join those that specifically address your main purpose.
Leading from soul means taking responsibility for your evolution and the evolution of others – it’s an unstoppable force.
S
Every leader need support, and no support is more powerful than that provided by the soul. Go where you are guided.
SMART for leaders
S – stretch the group to see the vision
M – measure everz step
A – agreement is important
R – record the progress
T – time limits for the goal
Be here in the present. Live the moment.
Present is tricky – word now asts only a split second before it turns into the past.
ATP:
This book shows me the way how to cooperate with those people who aren’t on the same state of mind as we are in Tiimi. It also gave me a reminder how important is to live every single moment and remember all the memories.
If this book won’t change your behavior, it will definitely change your mindset and view on the life for sure. For example I liked the attitude of a wait-and-see when something gets stuck.
“You want the group to do what is best for everyone.”
We discussed this book with the team at our TS so here’re some interesting points:
We were asked: Has my perspective on a team leader changed after reading this book?, Why some teams still do not have a TL?, etc.
I realized how important is the cooperation between team and TL and what their mission behind all they actions.
We prepared the exact aktivity recommended in the book as an aktivity for our TS – it was Coherence and Sel-motivation. It went great! The task was to write the others three strengths and after that complete an action plan to develop them. Next part with coherence was to reflect to our brand new Buddy Reading System.
The pure enthusiasm.
If you hasitate about any of your activities, read this book.
