Why did I choose this book?
I chose the book because I wanted to learn how I can help make our community in Tiimiakatemia Prague strong and sustainable.

The book describes three steps on how to build and sustain a thriving community.
I. Spark the flame: Getting together
To spark a fire, you need to gather kindling. Likewise, to start our community we need to get Teampreneurs talking togather. These initial steps are the same whether we are starting a hockey club or connecting online creators on Twitch. We need to do stuff together with other teams and teampreneurs. We need to get them talking.
The questions that we should ask before getting caught up in what we will do together:
Who do you want to get together?
Who brings the enregy to Tiimiakatemia Prague - who are the people who already engage, contribute, or attend? Assuming the Tiimiakatemia Prague flourishes, who will we stick with?
Why are you all coming togather?
Identify the purpose that Teampreneurs will work togather. For doing business together to learn together.

If existing members are helping us grow the community, we will reach more people, and in a more authentic way that we could ever do alone.
Cultivate your identity
Passionate community members will likely want to project Tiimiakatemia identity to the world. These signature expressions encourage stronger bonds between members.

By tracking our metrics, collecting the right information and asking qestions, we can more accurately monitor Tiimiakatemia community pulse.
