Friend Leadership – A Visual Inspiration Book

Friend Leadership byla první kniha o Timikatemii, kterou jsem přečetla. Stala se pro mě vodítkem při studiu, na začátku studia mi přiblížila některé postupy a dodala mi nové znalosti z oblasti leadershipu a koučování.
V rámci projektu LE se připravují vzdělávací akce o konceptu TAP jak pro prváky, tak pro celou komunitu. Tato kniha bude jednou z těch, o kterých můžeme společně vést dialog. Za svou chybu považuji to, že jsem nezačala knihy o konceptu TA číst jako první na začátku studia, kdyby tyto znalosti měl každý z týmu, formování, nastavování cílů, tvorba vize a všechny ostatní věci by probíhaly přirozeněji.
Co si z knihy odnáším?

Introduction

· Learning Contract – helps to find my learning style and to know myself

Water
· Team building starts by knowing each other
· If your team doesn´t have atarget, you will get nowhere
· Learning via team roles
· Team phases: ORIENTATION (know each other), TRUST BUILDING (trust is created through actions, be yourself), SHARED VISION DEVELOPMENT (most important, developt values and mission and vision, must be strong to evoke feelings and emotions, are ethical and transparent), COMMITMENT (visual action plan, you have a role in the team, , PRACTICAL RESULTS (know who, what, when, why, where), FLOURISHING (you exceed targets, your target is championship team and your own personal level), RENEWAL (ask „Why go on?“)

· Strategy by 3 questions: What inspires us? Where can we be the best? Where can we make money?
· Listen to your heart

· Money is the easiest way to measure the results
