Management is not primarily about observing how others do their work and ensuring that they do it correctly, but in fact, the task of management is to create value.
I liked the ideas from this book, such as: Creating a new business model is like writing a new story; it draws from prior stories to create the next saga.
I would not say that this book is some kind of extraordinary, but the author's thoughts help to understand the essence of management and its main tasks.
