You probably wonder why do I write this essay in english. I dont know, the book is in english, so I want to practice my written english, so excuese some grammar mistakes that will most probably appear in this essay.

The book will tell you everything about the whole Tiimi philosophy. It motivated me to dig deeper in everything that Tiimi works with. For example Skill profile. For me it was only a list of skills that helps you find your direction of self development, Rocket model was just something like a game plan and every other element that appear on our path trough Tiimi didnt make much sense.

I understood Tiimi concept much more and better thanks to TCBT. Honestly I am a bit dissapointed that we werent pushed to read it earlier. How to become a tempreuner is much more simple and is really just an introduction, but TCBT introduces you the real meaning of Tiimi.

I dont know what to highlight from the book, because everything is important in my opinion. But my biggest ‘‘aha‘‘ moment was probably when I discovered passes. For example Cross-fertilization pass, Diversity pass and others are something totally new for me and after Training session about this book, me and my team created and action group that will dig deeper in passes.

I will suggest this book to our next year penguins as soon as possible, because I believe that if I read TCBT earlier, my approach would be much different. Everyone who is in Tiimi should read this. The book is easy to read although it is in english.

My action steps are revision of my learning portfolio and reflection of my being in Tiimi so far.

Overall, the book is foundation for your study at Tiimiakatemia, so read it, thats all I can say.
