I want to write only what was interesting to me:
- Companies that adhere to a rigid system of double-checking every aspect of every new idea will never get ahead. They will stagnate.
- Focus on what you know. It is there that you will achieve the most.
- Find out what customers need and deliver it better than anyone else. If you make this yours only focus, you will never go wrong.
The book is very good, but it seems to be about a lot of things but less specific information than I expected. I didn't find any direct leading thought. In this book a lot mentioned about how to treat customers, and how top managers behave, and in general about companies, in short, a little bit about business components. But, to be honest, I didn't learn anything new, everything what was written are basics, which are described in many books.
