Wow, I learned about so many tools used in Tiimiakatemia. Did you know that there are 15 learning documents? That's crazy.

 

I learned that we're not yet functioning as we should. I often hear that we shouldn't reinvent the wheel, that the process is thought out, and lot of it makes sence to my now, after reading the book. I still have a lot of questions about how it actually works, but I definitevely got a clearer picture of how it all connects and works togeather.

 

I don't really think the wheel works very well yet, that was propably my reason for not trusting in the process, after all I didn't saw the vision of how it should work. The reason for it not working well is, in my opinion, that we didn't yet rebuild it. We have some parts and basics, which took huge effort from our couches to build. But without every part, it probably won't be that smooth and fast and fun to ride with. We will still propably move forward, but not at an astounishing speed, which others would be amazed by.

 

So maybe I won't reinvent the wheel now (even though I am sceptic and will propably think wheather or not it actually makes sence). But will try to help to rebuild it and see how it works out.

I really really want to visit Finland now. See how it really works. I will try to connect with teampreneurs from there, visit Think Tank and learn.

 

Thing I just realized, when solving a problem (for example how to set shared vision) we aren't able to solve, we should gradually move and seek help and advice from our team, our Tiimiakatemia, other Tiimiakatemia's or our other networks.


In the book there are sooooooo many tools, methods, systems and practices which are worth building.

One of the possible things why it's not working could be that we run in an self-sustaining cycle, which is very hard to break.

 

We don't have all systems in place yet, therefore it is not working the way it could and people don't see much sence in doing the things, following the steps and there it is not working the way it could… To that because it is not producing such great result, our couches have to spend much time trying to keep the program alive, so they have less time to implement the systems and thus it isn't improving that much.

 

So where should we start?

Hard to say, a lot of people are involved in building the community now, so maybe some group that would meet regularly and tried to implement the tools, systems and methods step by step.

I definitevely wanna learn more about the Tiimi process so my next book will be The true story of community that learns by doing and I will try to connect with more Tiimiakatemias

I have described the self-sustaining cycle I ment, in the paragraph below. Something like "posilující/vyvažující zpětná vazba" from the Fifth discipline.

It warms my heart that you are dedicated to the development of Tiimiakatemia and I will sincerely appreciate your help. It is already very exhaustive to implement the whole methodology, when the individual parts are rejected by many people. However! The stories we know about Tiimi, what we read about it, listen, ... are the stories of "adult" Tiimiakatemia units. We are still a baby. So maybe start with - what are our first baby steps that we should start doing, what "diet" to start with. That's what we need to come up with now :-). What do you mean by a self-sustaining cycle (unfortunately I did not understand).
