The best players put team first. „If you take the responsibility it increases your suffering greatly.“
Team member:
1, Be generous: unites team, helpes advance the team
2, Avoid the internal politics: postering, or positioning there self to their benefit
3, Diplay loyality: if you show loyality you will receive it in kind. Loyality fosters unity and unity breeds success.
4, Value interdependce over independence: To je i v metodice tiimi ne? :D – You must live for others if you wish to live for yourself.
Power of teamwork
One is too small number to achieve anythink great. Behind any abled man are many abled man. – Poslední dobou na mě furt vyskakuje Musk, tak si ho vězmu za příklad. Frajer sice jede skoro nonstop a nebere si volno, ale sám by to neutáhnul. Musí mít specialisty na všechno. Ti jsou hlavními tahouny jeho vize…sám by tu teslu do vesmíru nedostal.
Dynamics of teamwork
In great team, everybody is on the same page -> Proto jsou dobrý týmbuildingy a shared aktivity, aby sme se dostali na stejnou vlnu. V práci máme problém, že každej náš úděl v tiimi vnímáme trochu jinak a něco společnýho pro práci se těžko hledá -> super řešení jsou BG, nebo zákaznický návštěvy, ale to nejlepší kde se to může ukázat jsou zkoušky, u nich jdeme všichni za tím samým, jsem zvědavý jak dopadne strategické řízení, kde budeme vypracovávat všichni jeden dokument.

3, Pay the price to develop the team – v reálným světě školení, mentoring atd. v Tiimi – BG, zákzanický schůzky, čtení -> bylo by fajn aby ty aktivity šli za společným cílem.
4, Do things together with the team – develops community
5, Try and fail – give away people authority and responsibility – Díky Jančo
6, Give credit for succes – lifts morale. - „Solider will fight hard for colored ribbon“ – Napoleon
7, Whatch the seed of investment in the team is paying of – this brings accountibility, are you getting the energy back from your time, resources and money?
8, Stop your investment in players who do not grow – eliminates further expensis for the team. One of the most horrible experiences for the team is to leaving the team member behind, yet that is what you must do when somebody does not want to grow or change for the benefits of team mates.
9, Create new opportunities for the team - that allows the team to strech. When the team has a possiblity to face new challanges it has to strech to meet them. That givees space to the team to grow and helps every individual.
10, Give the team the best possible chance to succeed – „coming together is a begining, keeping together is progress, working together is succes“ Create the best possible condition. (member makes personal sacrifices for the team, leader provides everything that is needed)
